Born in a small shop in Notting Hill in 1993, Cath Kidston is now a global life and style brand in over 40 different countries worldwide. Cath Kidston prints celebrate British culture and they lovingly design and hand-paint all their new prints, whilst re-imagining their heritage prints in their studio in the heart of London. With joy and craftsmanship at the heart of everything they do, this is a brand that uplifts, enlivens and inspires.

The Branded Furniture Company are delighted to launch their third licenced partnership with this Iconic British brand. The collection, which comprises of sofas, chairs, beds and footstools,  launched exclusively with furniture powerhouse DFS in September 2022.

 

Entering the furniture market is an exciting new phase for the Cath Kidston brand, widely seen as an integral part of the brand’s ‘rebirth’. Cath Kidston Creative Director, Holly Marler, said: “The Branded Furniture Co team quickly understood the brand and the potential it had in this new market for us. We were confident that their experience and knowledge in the furniture industry would result in a successful partnership. It was important that we could trust a partner who was an expert in their field to guide us in this new area. They truly were a joy to work with. The furniture range follows closely with the Cath Kidston ethos. Designed and made to order in Britain, every piece is handcrafted by highly skilled craftspeople, and of course, only the highest quality, sustainably sourced components, are used. Timeless design, pops of delicious colour and as you might expect, some gorgeous patterns are at the heart of this range. These sofas, chairs, beds and footstools are not just somewhere you simply rest, they’re more than that, each piece has been created to bring joy into any room it sits.
